Different Ways to Send Your Survey

ProProfs provides a variety of methods to distribute your survey to respondents. Here are some of the ways you can share your survey:

Email: Send your survey directly to respondents’ inboxes.
Direct Link: Share a URL that leads straight to your survey.
Embed on a Website/Blog: Incorporate your survey into a webpage or blog post.
Social Media: Post your survey on various social media platforms.
QR Code: Generate a QR code that, when scanned, takes respondents to your survey.

Here Are the Ways in Which You Can Send a Survey

Step 1: On your ProProfs Survey Maker dashboard, click the send icon of the survey you want to share.

Select any of the following methods:

1. Share via email

2. Share as a direct link

3. Embed in a blog/webpage

4. Share via social media

5. Share via QR Code

Email: You can send the survey directly to the respondent(s) by entering their email ID(s).

Note that the [Survey Link] in the message body is a dynamic field, and it is filled automatically with the link of the survey upon sending.

1. You can schedule and send survey invitations to ensure timely engagement with participants, leading to higher response rates and more effective feedback collection.

2. Also, you can test the email by sending it to your email address using the "Send Test Email" at the bottom right of the screen.

Email Template

With ProProfs Survey Maker's Email Template feature, you can easily create, customize, and save your email messages to send out surveys quickly. It simplifies reaching out to your audience with personalized emails.

To Save an Email Message As a Template:

1. Draft your message with a subject line in the Send Survey dialog.

2. Click Email Templates. A popup will open. Add the template name in the text field and click + Add New to finish adding.

To Use a Template:

Go to Email Templates and select your preferred one from the list.

Template Settings

1. Hover over the template name and click the kebab menu icon to view the settings.

2. You can edit the template, set it as default, and delete it.

Link: You can copy the survey link, as shown in the screenshot below, and share it separately with your respondents via chat.

Embed: You can embed the survey on your website or blog.

Pop-up: You can embed the survey as a pop-up on your website.

Social: You can share the survey with just a click using social media networks such as Facebook and Twitter.

Print: You can take a printout and share it as a hard copy with your respondents.

QR code: Scan the QR code from your mobile device to share the survey.

Alternate Methods

Email the survey to your users from the 'Users' screen.

Step 1: On your ProProfs Survey Maker dashboard, go to More >> Classroom.

Step 2: Click on the number of users under the 'Users' column.

Step 3: Select a user and click Email.

Step 4: The email window looks like this, as shown in the screenshot below. Enter your message and the survey link in the message box and send it.

Email the survey from a user profile.

You can also open a user's profile and email them the survey link.
