How to Create a Signature Question
The Signature question allows the survey takers to add their signature in a survey, along with several other details such as their name, email, date, job title, and company name.
Below is an example of a signature question. You can either use the keyboard to enter your name or use the pen icon to create a signature inside the box provided.
To Create a Signature Question
Step 1: On the Manage Survey editor, go to Questions >> More and click Signature.
Step 2: Customize the question as you like. For the fields such as the Date, Place, Name, Email, Job Title, and Company, you can hide them or make them mandatory for the survey takers.
Once done, click "Save" to apply the changes. Your signature question is now ready to use.
