How Do I Capture User Consent?

With GDPR in effect from 25th May' 2018 user consent has become a necessity. GDPR is a regulation in European Union law for data protection and privacy. It applies to all data controllers and data processors. 

Here's how the consent options look like in a survey:

Follow these steps to include consent options in your surveys:

Step 1: Create survey questions, in this sample survey we have selected "Single Textbox" type questions to seek user information like 'Name' and 'Email.' Save the changes and go back to survey editor.

Step 2: Select "Checkbox" question type to include the consent option.

Step 3: Enter the details in the question box and the consent statement in the option. Click "Save' to secure changes.
