Account Settings in ProProfs Survey

 

The Account Settings page in the ProProfs Survey lets you customize and manage various aspects of your account. The Account Settings page is divided into three sections: Profile, Billing, and Security & Alerts. Follow the step-by-step instructions on how to navigate and make changes in each section.

How to Update the Profile Section

 

The Profile section enables you to keep your account information up to date. You can modify your name, email address, and time zone to ensure accurate communication and seamless collaboration.

 

Step 1: Click on your account's profile icon and select "My Account" from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Navigate to Profile and edit your profile details, such as First Name, Last Name, and Email.

Step 3: You can also change your account's time zone to align the surveys with your target audience's time. Click the Time Zone dropdown and select your preferred time zone from the given list.

Step 4: Click Save in the top right to apply the changes.

 

How to Update the Billing Details

 

The Billing section allows you to manage your billing details and track your subscription information. You can modify your billing email, update credit card information, access invoices, and your account type.


Step 1: Go to the "Billing" section.

 

Step 2: Update your billing email and credit card details if required.

 

Step 3: To view invoices, click on the "View Invoices" link, and a list of your invoices will be displayed. You can also check your current account type in this section.

How to Manage Security & Alerts Options

 

The Security & Alerts section provides options to enhance the security of your account and receive important notifications. You can change your account password, view your API key for integrations, enable two-factor authentication for an extra layer of security, and even enable IP display for added control.


Step 1: Proceed to the "Security & Alerts" section.

 

Step 2: To change your account password, click the "Change Password" link and follow the prompts.
To view your API key, it will be displayed in this section for integration purposes.
 

Step 3: Enable two-factor authentication by following the on-screen instructions for enhanced security.
To enable IP display, check the "Show IP" option to 'On.'
